General Policies:
Legacies B&B is a totally smoke-free environment inside. Smokers may smoke on the outside deck. Non-compliance of our inside smoking policy could result in a $300.00 cleaning/and or loss of revenue fee.
We cannot accommodate a pet.
We welcome children 15 or older.
Reservations/Cancellation Policy:
Half of lodging amount is due by credit card payment, to reserve a booking.
72 hour cancellation notice required for off peak season/for peak season, a 10 day notice required (peak season is April until end of October), and Holidays and Special Events, a 15 day cancellation notice may apply. For visits of 4 days or more, there is a 15 day cancellation notice required. A $25.00 administration fee is charged on each room booked and cancelled. Administrative cancel fee may be higher if booking is for 4 nights or more and for multiple room bookings. Entire amount of lodging cost is due and is non-refundable if cancellation notice is not timely.
* 4.5 % lodging tax, 2% service fee, is not included in posted rates.
Check-in:
Between 4 PM-7 PM unless arranged in advance. Check out 11 AM.
